By reading this I agree to the following, I understand that once the cremated remains are transformed to stones, jewelry, and/or glaze pottery, they cannot be transformed back into cremated remains.

I also understand that Donovan Designs Memorials is not responsible after memorial products are delivered to you, for lost, breakage, damage, or wear to the piece.
I understand that cremated remains and hair samples are highly unique organic materials.
Ashes: variations in color (White, Tan, Gray, Black), texture, density, and buoyancy in resin are natural.
Hair: Hair may change color, singe, frizz, or clump when embedded in resin or clay.
I accept that the final appearance of the jewelry will vary based on these natural characteristics and that the artistic variations do not constitute a defect.
Specific Material Care and Wear: I acknowledge that the materials used require strict care to prevent damage
Resin: I understand that the resin is a form of plastic. It can yellow, cloud, soften, or degrade if exposed to prolonged UV Sunlight, moisture, heat, or chemicals (such as perfume, hand sanitizer, lotion, and cleaning products.)
Metals: (Sterling Silver & Metal Alloy): I acknowledge that sterling silver alloy metals naturally tarnish, scratch, or oxidize over time when exposed to air and skin oils.
Stones & Clay: I understand that cubic Zirconia (CZ) stones can loosen, scratch, or dull over time if subjected to impact or harsh chemicals.
Limitation of Liability: In the event of loss, damage, cross-contamination, or destruction of the remote remains, hair, or jewelry-whether caused by negligence, accident, or studio equipment failure-I agree that the maximum financial liability of Donovan Designs Memorials is strictly limited to a full refund of purchase price paid for the jewelry or stone. I explicitly waive any claims for emotional distress, sentimental value, or consequential damages.
Leftover Materials: I understand that any unused cremated remains or hair will be returned to me alongside the finished piece.
